Service reviews & appeals
Positive findings and reviewed risks are recorded separately. Every decision identifies the service endpoint, model/provider/region scope, public evidence, rule version and review period. Commercial partnerships and scores do not determine inclusion.
How decisions are made
We manually review the exact endpoint, facts, dates and evidence. A single failure, an unreviewed report or an insufficient sample does not establish a finding.
Appeals & corrections
Provide the service, decision ID, your objection and verifiable evidence. We review the original decision and new evidence before changing a finding.
Removal & restoration
Reversals, corrections, removal and restoration create new records. Serious risks also suspend recommendations, positive listings and promotions. A review that expires remains suspended until an explicit restoration.
